This programme may be for you if you:
- Feel you are functioning but not fully living
- Have spent much of your life in survival mode
- Experience ongoing self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection from yourself
- Notice repeating patterns in relationships, work, or self-talk
- Have experienced trauma, loss, or identity challenges
- Want therapeutic depth and a sense of direction
- Are ready to commit to a 12-week reflective and emotionally engaged process
This programme may not be suitable if you:
- Looking for motivational coaching or quick confidence strategies
- Wanting a purely goal-focused or performance-based approach
- Not ready to engage in emotional or reflective therapeutic work
- Seeking crisis support only (appropriate referrals will be offered where needed)
How the Programme is Offered
- 12 weekly one-to-one therapy sessions (50–60 minutes)
- Online or in-person sessions
- Ethical and structured therapeutic framework
- Optional reflective prompts provided where appropriate

All clients begin with an initial consultation to explore suitability and readiness before starting the 12-week programme.
